5+ years of progressive experience in industrial procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.

Advanced proficiency in MRP systems to manage demand forecasts, historical data, and operational planning.

High-level Excel skills are required; you should be comfortable using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and develop formulas to query data.

Experience managing international supplier relationships, including an understanding of global logistics, lead times, and landed cost analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or ISM/CPSM are considered a strong plus.
