Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, Linguistics, Journalism, or Engineering, plus 2 years of technical writing experience, or a Master's degree
Fluency in English with strong writing and editing skills
Experience authoring structured documentation using XML-based tools, DITA, or similar content management systems
Ability to learn complex software products quickly by working directly with engineers, testing features, and synthesizing information from multiple sources
Comfort managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously, each with different deadlines, stakeholders, and technical depth
Experience with MadCap Flare, oXygen XML Editor, Git, Camtasia, or any scripting language is a strong plus, as is familiarity with Agile development workflows and how documentation fits into sprint cycles
This role is posted as US Remote; we are also open to candidates in other countries who can work primarily US hours and have appropriate work authorization (no new visa sponsorship)
