Demonstrated success independently managing individual project budgets ranging from $2 million to $20+ million
Proven track record executing commercial renovations, high-end tenant improvements (TI), complex adaptive reuse, industrial facilities, and/or ground-up builds
An active, verified OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is strictly required
Deep knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, legal construction contracts, scheduling logic, budgeting, and comprehensive procurement/buyout strategies
High proficiency utilizing Procore project management software alongside Microsoft Office 365 (Advanced Excel) and standard construction scheduling suites
Mobility & Travel Flexibility: Excellent communication skills paired with a complete willingness and capability to travel nationally to jobsites as project milestones require
