REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - JOURNEYM A N / M ECHANIC II
2 years of previous work history/education required
Two years' heavy equipment repair experience or one year automotive tech training. School may be substituted for one year repair experience.
Must have some electrical proficiency
Must be familiar with all types of shop equipment such as tire changing machine, wheel balance, jacks and cutting torch , etc.
Must have valid drivers license and meet company's insurance carrier requirement
Adhere to all safety policies
Interact, model, and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC's Service Excellence standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - MAST ER / MECHANIC III
Must have 3 or more years' experience repairing and maintaining equipment, snowcats, vehicles, snowmobiles, and small engines
Experience working on heavy equipment
Must have a solid electrical background
Must have good phone and computer skills
Be a leader and good communicator
Proficient education in electronics hydraulics and diesel and gas engines
Must adhere to all safety policies
Expected to problem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers.
Must be a consistent role model for company's Service Excellence standards
