Capable of using job site reporting tools and software for timekeeping, inventory, and safety tracking.
Must be able to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; may require travel between job sites.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.

NYS Scaffold Law Awareness (Labor Law §240 and §241):
Familiarity with New York State Scaffold Law and its implications for fall protection liability and worker safety.
NYC DOB-approved scaffold Certification
Competent Person certification for scaffolding per OSHA standards (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Must be knowledgeable in OSHA, ANSI, and local/state scaffold regulations.
