I need someone who can ensure that my pets are fed and taken care of, my plants are watered, and my mail is collected regularly
Snow clearing and trash & recycling management are also important tasks to keep my property in good shape

High School diploma/GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing maintenance experience
Must be "Assessed and Standard Maintained" (3/4 boxes filled) in 4 (four) jobs in current zone
Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing
Able to read and write English
Able to work with insulation
Able to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform position
Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Able to stand for the majority of the shift
This shift will start at 4:30 am and end 1:00 pm depending on the production schedule
