Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management or prior experience in another leadership role
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or Related discipline
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Experience leading audits, CAPA systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrated leadership experience with accountability for team or functional performance
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (PED, API, pressure equipment)
