Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed
Overtime will paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week
The noise level is such that earplugs must be worn at all times
Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes)
Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment

Vocational school welding graduate or similar welding education
Solid experience in FCAW welding on plate steel
Comfortable welding in vertical, horizontal, overhead, and flat positions
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
Strong understanding of weld quality, welding workmanship, and heat control
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely
