Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Licensed as a WA State Professional Engineer (PE), or in process of securing WA State comity; and eight years relevant requisite experience in engineering design and construction, to include three years of supervisory or management.
Engineering means the "practice of engineering" as defined in RCW 18.43.020.
The successful incumbent must meet the driving requirements of this position and submit a copy of the current driving record/abstract (from state of residency) to review for eligibility to drive for Kitsap County prior to employment.

Three or more years of direct fundraising experience including specific responsibilities for annual fund and/or direct donor appeals.
Knowledge of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies and techniques.
