Completion of a formal accredited Ultrasound training program
Meets the requirements for registry by ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in adult Echo and Stress Echo
Registry with the ARDMS in Adult Echocardiography within one year of employment if not registered
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment

Minimum five (5) years of experience as a radiologic technologist, sonographer/ultrasound technologist, mammographer, or nuclear medicine technologist.
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a radiology supervisor (having had direct reports, responsible for annual reviews, responsible for hiring and terminating employees).
Graduate of an accredited diagnostic imaging program
Bachelors Degree
Four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate (Washington)

Radiologic Technologist Certification
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Work experience demonstrating knowledge of hospital regulatory requirements, hospital accreditation and imaging accreditations, managed care and health care delivery systems.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, develop and engage staff, monitor performance standards, deliver results, and hold staff accountable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
