At least eight (8) years' experience in production processes, machinery, and equipment related to sheet metal fabrication, plastic forming technology, foam and adhesive/upholstery assembly, welding applications, and/or metalworking technology.
At least four (4) years supervisory experience as a supervisor and/or superintendent in similar related work.
Must have experience maintaining a flow schedule of parts through the shop.
Must have thorough knowledge of managing (working with people) through effective communications, utilizing basic principles of leading by example, taking the initiative to make things happen, maintain constructive and good relationship with all employees (at all levels), at the same time showing self-confidence and maintaining self-esteem of others.

You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
