Machine Operators
1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4PM - $19/HR
2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 4PM - 2AM - $20/HR
Follow all company safety policies and report any hazards or concerns
Produce parts to specification and meet production targets
Perform quality inspections using defined criteria (visual and magnified)
Load and manage raw materials for production processes
Operate machinery and perform basic equipment checks
Report quality or process issues to appropriate team members
Communicate job completion to support smooth transitions between runs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Separate and identify scrap vs. acceptable parts
Accurately record production results and required documentation
Enter production data and time into system accurately
Run one or multiple machines/workstations as needed
Support additional tasks as assigned
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience operating machinery is a plus

Three years of prior teller and/or customer service experience is necessary.
Minimum of two years prior experience in a Senior Teller position or a related supervisory role
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Fully cross-trained to perform all CSR duties.
Extensive knowledge of teller processes, policies and procedures
Adapts well to change, able to handle multiple tasks and effectively train teller staff.
Must already be authorized to work in the United States.
