Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Electrical engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Electrical Systems Design and Development.
8+ years of ECAD experience (AutoCAD or SolidWorks Electrical).
Experience with designing electrical systems for complex capital equipment in high tech industries, such as Additive, Semiconductor, or Video Display.
Hands on experience with prototyping, troubleshooting, manufacturing, or installing complex capital equipment.
Experience with designing layout of Electrical Control Panel and Machine Cable Routing with Mechanical CAD software such as Autocad or Solidworks.
Experience with Product Design Management and Product Lifecycle Management software, such as Solidworks PDM, Propel, Arena, Agile, etc.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Automation Control Networks, Programmable Logic Controllers, Motion Control, Machine Safety Systems, AC/DC Power Distribution, Machinery Safety/Compliance Standards.
Experience with IEC 81346-1 Standard.
Systems level thinker with experience working on complex electrical systems.
Willing and able to work "Hands-on" to build, integrate, and test newly developed systems and/or subsystems
Good experience in ECAD design including general understanding of GD&T;, FEA, and quality detail drawing documentation.
Self-driven and independent thinking. Ability to work independently.
