Proficient in English. Must have basic English communication skills, both written and verbal
Good manual dexterity as will be handling precise small fragile components under a microscope using tweezers and probes
Ability to read diagrams and specifications
Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
Accept or reject finished products
Strictly follow quality standards and meet daily, weekly production goals
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and other safety procedures is preferred
Prior experience working for ISO 9000 certified company is preferred
Technical knowledge of basic inspection tools and equipment like calipers, micrometers, various gauges, and low- and high- powered microscopes, bonding machines, etc.
