Strong proficiency in CNC programming (G-code and conversational) and use of CAD/CAM software for multi-axis operations
Deep understanding of multi-axis tool paths, work offsets, sub-spindles, and live tooling integration
Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to work from complex part prints and solid models
Familiarity with high-performance materials including stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other aerospace-grade alloys
Skilled in using a variety of precision inspection tools, including CMMs
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize cycle times and minimize tool wear
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering defect-free components
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
