Past or present experience with Country Oven Bakery Engine room equipment, specifically the responsibility of the Country Oven Bakery Ammonia system (specific examples are prior or present Primary or Secondary engine room mechanic) and be a current member of the Emergency Response Team
Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions; ability to read diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturers specifications, blueprints, etc.; understand basic math; through understanding of mechanics, electrical equipment, hydraulics/pneumatics, welding, and refrigeration; possess working knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and lock out program; knowledge ordinarily acquired through two years certification from vocational or technical school and 5 years prior maintenance experience
