A bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent experience in credit/ collections required.
Minimum of five years' experience within operational accounting and/or credit and collections
Minimum of five years' experience managing, training, coaching, and supporting a credit team.
Broad-based business knowledge in relation to accounting, credit, collections, and bankruptcy knowledge in reclamation and preference claims required.
Accurately assesses strengths and development areas of team members to provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
Working knowledge of SAP, Duns & Bradstreet, Equifax, or Experian is desired.
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience.
Strong presentation/communication skills with customers and sales representatives.
A valid driver's license may be required.
Position requires up to 5% of travel
