Hands-on experience with HVOF, plasma, flame, or wire arc spray systems
Familiarity with coating inspection techniques, such as adhesion testing, hardness testing, and microscopy
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process specifications
Knowledge of quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, AS9100) and industry regulations
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve process-related issues
