Job Cost Analyst
Bookkeeping/accounting role in a construction environment preferred but not explicitly stated as required
Analyze job cost trends and identify potential margin risks or cost overruns
Maintain and reconcile budgets, costs, and job-level reporting accuracy
Analyze budget vs. actual tracking, cost variance review, and related analyses
Support the month-end close process with job cost and accrual adjustments

Minimum five years of recent experience in the payroll arena including the expatriate compensation, international payroll and pay delivery, shadow payroll, domestic payroll
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, CPP (Certified Payroll Professional), GPHR (Global HR Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials
