The Operations Team Leader is responsible for providing technical input and creating solutions for improving productivity and efficiencies in the assigned areas of the plant.

Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) for maintenance, repair, and operational (MRO) supplies, including parts, tools, and vendor services.
Manage inventory levels for critical spare parts, performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy and setting minimum stock levels for reordering.
Research suppliers, solicit quotes, negotiate pricing, and maintain positive relationships for timely delivery, often including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.

Potential to have purchasing responsibilities in multiple buildings within Kodak Park.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
