Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in wholesale distribution, oilfield supply, plumbing, or industrial products
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Demonstrated ability to perform and lead effectively in high-stress, fast-paced conditions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly direct and develop employees

Working knowledge of oilfield, plumbing, or industrial supply products is a plus
