Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
Backlog ownership & requirements management
Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items
Well understood requirements by development teams through clear documentation
Gather, clarify, and validate requirements before development begins
Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets defined acceptance criteria
Primary point of contact for the development team
Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Break down work into manageable increments that align with sprint goals
Identify and remove blockers or escalate issues
Ensure alignment between sprint deliverables and overall product priorities
Monitor progress and adjust priorities to meet delivery timelines
