Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field preferred
Experience and understanding of automation, controls, data acquisition and instrumentation hardware and software
Design or application experience in HVAC products, thermodynamics, heat transfer, controls, electrical power, refrigerant systems, and compressor technology
Experience or familiarity with AHRI and/or other standards such as ASHRAE, ASME, etc.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Tableau
Experience in Access and SharePoint, are a plus
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally
Experience using common problem-solving tools, preferably 9 Step, 8D, A3 SPS for determination of root cause to drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues
Ability to organize tasks and manage time to complete multiple assignments simultaneously
Experience Leading Teams and managing people
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $75,700.00 - $135,834.99

This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
