Solid math skills; analytical and reasoning skills.
Working knowledge of weld operations, including TIG, MIG of stainless steel and/or aluminum
Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending
Ability to stand for eight hours plus and perform repetitious tasks
Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and close attention to detail
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as needed by the business
Requires PPE to include safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, leather gloves, and hearing protection (as required in high-noise areas)

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Analytical and mathematical proficiency
5-8 Years experience directly working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing industry
English fluency
Effective communication skills to interface with assembly personnel
Familiarity with Surface Mount and through hole assembly technologies
Experience with IPC 610 & ISO 9000 standards
Working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred
Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
