5+ years CNC operation in production
Prior experience of multi-axis lathes or mill-turn machines (7+ axis preferred)
Strong understanding of turning, milling, drilling, and live-tooling operations
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Tooling and insert selection awareness
Tool life and wear management
Mechanical aptitude and disciplined process execution
Direct experience on Doosan SMX platforms
Experience machining stainless steels, duplex, or nickel alloys
Familiarity with CAM-generated programs and simulation
Background in regulated or high-reliability industries (oil & gas, subsea, aerospace, defense)
Ability to operate 7 - 9 Axis CNC Machines Okuma lathe, Fadal mill or Proto Trak mill
Good understanding of G-Code & M-Code
Ability to read blueprints and highly proficient with dimensioning/tolerancing/speeds and feeds
Running manual CMM is a plus
Escalate defects, downtime, and abnormal conditions with data.
