Must be able to occasionally operate heavy machinery

Strong mechanical aptitude and expert level troubleshooting skills; able to accurately diagnose and repair equipment
Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and service software required in position; able to complete service reports and provide pertinent details for work orders
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write service reports that accurately document diagnosis and repairs performed
Must prepare required documentation including work orders, parts lists, and time cards in an accurate and timely manner
Must be able to work shifts as needed, including days, nights, and/or weekends to meet customer needs
Physical requirements: Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
