Guide electrode or welding gun to achieve proper fusion, penetration, and bead profile
Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, grooving, or preheating as required
Assemble, align, and tack components using fixtures or positioning equipment
Inspect and finish welds by removing slag, spatter, and excess material
Complete required performance tests to meet company and industry certification standards
Ability to interpret weld quality using visual indicators, sound, and molten puddle behavior
Experience working safely in industrial or fabrication shop environments
Capability to read and follow welding procedures and technical instructions
Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity expectations
