Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Science, Chemistry or equivalent.
National Medical Technologist certification, CHS, or CHT preferred.
Must be non-externally sponsored (This position is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position).
Must have or obtain detailed equivalency evaluation for international/foreign trained applicants, including US-equivalent degree, and evaluation from a NACES/AICE member organization
Ability to perform HLA antigen testing, antibody screening, and flow cytometric crossmatching
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities required
Good computer skills preferred
Excellent communication skills for liaison with transplant teams
Ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret information age-appropriately
