Proficiency in implementing and maintaining ISO and CQC certification processes and requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related area of study from four-year college or university; and/or 8 years of relevant operations and quality experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing plant environment with proven record of improving quality and quality systems.
Experience building and driving a culture of quality in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with value stream mapping, FMEA, data collection methods, variability analysis, root cause analysis, Kaizen, etc.
