Three years of combined transportation and/or supply chain operations experience required; must have knowledge/experience within transportation
One year of supervisory or lead experience preferred

Must have good leadership and training skills; ability to work with all levels of management and line associates

Knowledge of transportation/logistics activities such as FMCSA/CSA compliance, DOT requirements, dispatching, backhauls, contract carriers, local regulations, etc.
Knowledge of transportation on-boarding software required; experience with Cadec preferred, and knowledge of dispatch software (CAMS, etc.) and/or routing software (JDA)
Proficient with computers to include MS Office (Excel and Word)
Must frequently sit, walk and stand; ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
Travel requirements vary by assignment
