General Responsibilities
FIRST SHIFT
The Detailer ensures trucks meet high-quality aesthetic standards for customer delivery by cleaning, detailing, and applying finishes
Keeping wash bay clean, organized, and in proper running order
Uses correct chemicals/washes to detail trucks inside and out
Completes small decaling and paint touch up
Safety-sensitive category
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy
Detailing trucks prior to delivery to customer
Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested
Compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate personnel
Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy
Ancillary duties may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstances
