Technical expertise in Manufacturing Engineering, with a professional qualification (university degree) in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
Or in leu of a degree 8 years of experience in a manufactruing engineer role.

Associate Technician (Level 2): 2+ years working as a technician or mechanic in a related field
Experience with composites and hand lay-up techniques for monolithic and sandwich panels is required
