Billing accuracy
Reconciliations
Financial coordination between internal teams and external partners
Strong exposure to cross-functional accounting processes
Managing and reviewing billing tied to warehouse services, logistics partners, and distribution activity to ensure accuracy and alignment with contract terms
Partnering with operations and supply chain teams to investigate and resolve billing differences
Maintaining and balancing general ledger accounts with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
Preparing routine accounting entries such as accruals and adjustments that support financial reporting
Supporting financial close activities through schedules, reconciliations, and documentation preparation
Assisting with intercompany activity between sister divisions to ensure records stay aligned and consistent
Keeping financial documentation organized and audit-ready according to company standards
Responding to billing and account inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Contributing ideas to improve accounting and billing processes for better efficiency and accuracy
Work on-site near the Carson area

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Five (5) years of system administration experience in a hybrid environment
Three (3) years of IT security experience on firewalls, next-gen antivirus, and access controls.
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Working knowledge of Linux systems (Ubuntu, RHEL or similar)
Experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune preferred)
Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam or similar)
Experience in supporting desktop, workstation hardware, mitigating end-user data
Experience with Cloud Platforms
Must be able to travel within the branch network regularly
Must have a method of transportation when needed to carry out essential job-related functions; if operating a motor vehicle, must have a valid driver's license and proof of at least minimum automobile insurance coverage as required by the State of California.
