Bachelors or higher degree in technical discipline (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related discipline.)
Demonstrated an ability to work strategically as well as tactically to drive operations.
History leading complex & large teams with a demonstrated track record of performance and results.
5+ years of engineering experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in design for manufacturing / assembly or design to cost
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
