Ability to place an 8” x 10” x 10” package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet, the top of which is 3 feet above the floor.

5+ years of progressive experience in food sanitation with supervisory responsibilities
The applicant must be familiar with the theory and application of clean in place (CIP), clean out of place (COP), and SSOPs
Appplicants must have knowledge of Regulatory requirements with respect to food production and sanitation (OSHA, FSMA, Sanitation Controls, GMPs, and SSOPs)
Applicant should have MS Office-related computer skills
This manager must demonstrate the ability to facilitate change by involving employees in continually improved processes
