Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Fluent in English (required). Spanish is a plus.
Able to communicate effectively and coordinate projects from planning through completion.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction software for reporting and documentation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Professional, organized, punctual, and safety-oriented.
Ability to pass a background check (last 10 years).
