High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years of experience in heavy military assembly and or vehicle assembly
Experience with assembly on Commercial Vehicle platforms
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain suitability requirements for access to classified information
Proven ability to perform consistent, high-volume assembly tasks straight from drawings, specifications and standardized written or verbal work instructions
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, 3D models, specifications sketches, job orders, planning documents and engineering drawings
Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, magnetic drills, grinders, etc.
Ability to adapt positively to changes and rework during assembly tasks
Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Required to stand frequently

Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms frequently
