Ability to read and interpret NAVSEA/NNS shipbuilding drawings and visual work instructions required.
Experience with structural fitting equipment including torches, grinders, clamps, and rigging tools.
Physical ability to kneel, squat, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs required.
Ability to work assigned shift schedules including overtime and off-shift assignments supporting schedule priorities.
Must be able to obtain respirator qualification and pass Physical Agility Test.
Ability to work safely in extreme temperatures, heights, and confined spaces.
Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining OSHA 10 Maritime, Confined Space, Firewatch, and Hot Work certification.
