Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field
Experience in the provision of prevention related programs
At least three (3) years' experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs
Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures
Must be able to perform work responsibilities in various locations
Must be able to speak and write English proficiently
Must be authorized to work in the U.S and New Jersey
Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License and an independent mode of transportation
Must be available to attend weekend and evening meetings and events as required
Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Must complete all other duties and tasks as requested by the CEO or Division Director
Travel: Domestic travel is required for this full-time position. Local, independent travel is required. Must possess a valid driver's license and method of transportation. Position requires frequent travel within and outside Hudson County. All travel mileage will be reimbursed
