Minimum of 5 years of hands-on assembly experience, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and small mechanical assembly
Ability to interpret and follow electronic work instructions, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
Able to sit and perform detailed bench work for extended periods of time
Skilled in working under a microscope to perform precision assembly tasks
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
Willing to learn die attach processes, including the application of electrically conductive epoxies using both manual techniques and automated dispensing equipment
Willing to learn wire bonding processes using various wire and ribbon sizes, including both ball and wedge bonding techniques
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment, including engineers, technicians, assemblers, designers, and manufacturing process engineers (MPEs)
Comfortable operating in a hybrid development and production environment with rapidly changing priorities
Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement of assembly skills and works closely with team members to enhance performance
Able to work in a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment while following required protocols
Valid driver's license and ability to drive for extended periods of time
Occasional travel, some overnight, as required
