High school diploma or equivalent
Must have 3+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
A valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
You'll provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools, on hand within 30 days of your start date: 10" and 6" crescent wrenches, 9.5" and 6.5" channel lock pliers, needle-nose pliers, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, socket wrench set, wire crimping tool with cutters, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, tape measure, thermometer, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
