Full-Time Cultivation Technicians
Support all stages of the cannabis growth cycle — propagation, vegetative, flowering, and harvesting.
Monitor plant health and environmental factors (light, temperature, humidity, nutrition).
Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures and maintain plant cleanliness and care.
Handle watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and other daily cultivation duties.
Maintain accurate inventory and tracking in the state-mandated electronic tracking system.
