This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders including Public Works, Environmental, Contracting, Supply, Housing, and Tenant Commands.

Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related area
Two (2) years of relevant experience above that which is required for the role may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
Three (3) years of experience in a buyer or procurement role, preferably in a government environment
Certification(s) in Procurement desirable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with suppliers
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, works with little supervision and well under pressure
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) preferred
