Expert-level email management and professional proficiency in OUTLOOK
Extensive experience with TMS platforms; SAP experience is strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel for data entry and shipment formatting
Minimum of 5+ years of direct freight forwarding operations in international and domestic operations including, but not limited to tracking, BOL creation, routing, booking, quoting, and finalizing shipments
Must know international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
A proactive troubleshooting mindset with a proven ability to manage shipment exceptions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with carriers, vendors, and international partners
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
