10+ years of experience in software QA, testing strategy, or quality process roles
Strong background in test coordination, QA governance, or large-scale testing programs
Deep understanding of end-to-end testing lifecycles (functional, integration, UAT)
Experience improving testing processes, operating models, and efficiency at scale
Familiarity with test automation strategies and frameworks (guidance required; no hands-on coding expected)
Experience with documentation standards, traceability, and audit-ready processes
Proven ability to analyze KPIs, defects, and process gaps to drive improvements
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
This role is required to be onsite in Franklin, TN. We have a hybrid 2 days a week in the office policy. We are unable to consider remote candidates or other locations.
