Valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past 5 years

Minimum 1 year of hands-on handyman or general repair experience , including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, or carpentry work

Comfortable using mobile apps or systems to document work completed, time, and materials used

Willingness to work weekends, rotating shifts, and on-call schedules as needed

1+ year of facilities, hotel, or property maintenance experience

STR or multi-unit property maintenance background

Experience troubleshooting TVs, internet, and smart devices
