1st Shift

The core hours are 7 am - 3 pm.

Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Must be able to understand standard shop specifications (shop drawings, process sheets, and measuring equipment, etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.

Previous experience operating material handling equipment.

3rd Shift - 12am - 8am

While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to squeeze, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds. Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Strong knowledge of WC foundry practices and equipment including dies and die setup.

Knowledge of MAPICS system for looking up and recording information.

Must be familiar with forklifts and other material handling equipment including cranes and hoists.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Current forklift certification preferred.

Experience with shot blasting and welding helpful.
