5+ years of experience as a Quality Technician in a machining and aerospace inspection environment
Strong understanding of GD&T; concepts and applications
Familiarity with common inspection tools and measurement equipment
Familiarity with aerospace materials, special processes, and manufacturing techniques
Experience with customer-specific documentation and quality requirements
Ability to analyze data, perform capability studies, and document results accurately
Experience interacting with customers while working through complex problems
Proficiency in MS Office, statistical software, and quality management tools
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with customers as needed
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
