Strong basic mathematics skills
Ability to accurately use measuring devices such as calipers, push/pull gauges, torque wrenches, and torque tools
Ability to set up and accurately use digital scales and operate HMI/touch-screen interface systems and related software
Ability to identify quality defects, follow established procedures, and contribute to resolving basic safety and quality issues
Ability to understand and apply ISO guidelines, quality standards, labeling requirements, and production procedures
