Minimum three years of recent experience in strategy consulting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, advisory or public accounting
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a quantitative field such as statistics, data science, mathematics, finance or economics preferred
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
Superior analytical skills using financial modeling, research, and accounting analysis; proficiency with financial research tools; experience with scripting languages such as Python, R or SQL; data visualization tools such Power BI or Tableau; and data preparation tools such as Databricks and Alteryx
Experience presenting findings by weaving data into a compelling narrative to drive business insights and outcomes
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to business people potentially including C-level executives; able to explain business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues to technical resources
Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating and managing staff, clients and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project
